Reponsibilites

Measure and assemble ingredients for menu items

Collaborate with the Executive Chef to prepare meals during dining hours

Maintain accurate food inventories

Properly store food items at appropriate temperatures

Ensure that the food prep area and kitchen are cleaned and sanitized at the end of your shift

Skills

High School diploma/GED required

Knowlede of proper food handling procedures

Able to work as part of a team in a busy kitchen atmosphere

Compensation

Competitive Wages /  Hourly wage will also depend on level of experience.

SERVERS / WAIT STAFF

 Servers able to perform a variety of tasks, from assisting in preparing food, stocking supplies, serving, providing food check/receipt, handling cash, credit cards, and cash register,   Cleaning tables and counters, resetting tables, greeting customers.
